The first of May 1992, Mr Réjean J. Boudreau and Mr. Edouard Richard joined forces and created the Le Groupe Boudreau Richard inc. "GBRI". Since then, despite of Mr. Richard's departure, the group still prospers and the family spirit that was behind the creation of the organisation prevails.

Let us note that Mrs Boudreau has been with the organisation since the very beginning. A silent partner at first, she was doing mostly accounting. Now she is head of the consumer department, while Mrs Manon Gagne, who joined in August 1992, is working in the corporate department. The others, Anne Marie Morel, corporate assistant, and France Nadeau, consumer assistant, began respectively in April 1996 and October 2003.

Boudreau Richard likes to give a chance to students. Mr. Nagi Haddad and Ms Caroline Boudreau both started in 1995 with student jobs and, although coming from very different fields of study, now envision a trustee's career.
This brief highlight of how it all started illustrates that family spirit, once wished upon by the founders, is now a sound reality.
